inkcubo

UX/UI Design and WordPress development for InkCubo.

Inkcubo is a tattoo studio focused on word of mouth, that is, it retains customers for its work, not for its digital marketing.

The style proposed by this studio is diversified with different instagram profiles, all under the same umbrella that is Inkcubo.

In order to capture all these concepts, the freshness of his style, the darkness and that “gothic” touch but with a neon twist, we gradually designed a very simple base on which to decorate.

The freshness of the study does not only reside in what is seen of its designs, but, of course, in the treatment of the client. As for this idea, logic told us that the first thing was a direct contact: WhatsApp.

Draco, main tattoo artist and owner of Inkcubo, as already mentioned, gives his availability to talk from Instagram with ease for the tattooed future, just as it gives him confidence to start a friendly conversation without having to be for work reasons.

Few people from the millennial generation are going to pick up a phone and call, the written contact has become the number one to make appointments, resolve doubts or ask any question.

Un tal Draco

The manager of this studio is Un tal Draco, who you can find on instagram as @un_tal_draco402, and he has almost all the profiles you can see in his studio in Seville.

The good thing that he has based his work and his contacts on the quality of his work is that it is a constant trickle, either from clients who return, or from friends of these clients who know that the final result of the tattoo is going to be exceptional.

The most important thing in this case was to reflect his own style, with purple, black, glitter and glitter tones (as you can read on his instagram).

For this reason, the main design of Inkcubo is simple, contact by WhatsApp, work (both piercings and tattoos), and contact through the web, in case an immediate response is not required or the user who reaches the page does not have this app installed.

MINIMALIST DESIGN WITH A NEON TOUCH

Contact was a real need of the page, but above all to convey the style and simplicity that represent all the artists who work at Inkcubo and who give it its name in their city.

Another point of innovation, in its mobile version you can access informed consent. For greater ease and an eco-friendly sense, Draco proposed to make the informed consent electronically, directly in the studio or in the comfort of the client's home, who could fill in the necessary fields before proceeding with the tattoo.

First, choosing an artist, and then filling in the fields of the legal form of informed consent to be able to proceed to the realization of the tattoo.

All focused on a millennial user, gen Z, with a tendency towards technology, a rogue and modern sense of what a tattoo studio is, minimalist with a touch of color.

Web development – WordPress

For this project, in addition to making a UX/UI design version, we finished with the complete development in WordPress and the final work was delivered to Inkcubo, who accepted all the recommendations and points of view during all the time we were collaborating :)
